Our trainers, volunteers, and the entire TANDEM team were all looking forward to continuing the sharing of experiences and providing opportunities for learning and personal growth for young people from socially disadvantaged backgrounds.
Career guidance
We had scarcely let go of the memories of the last occasion when our 2026 Messzelátó program had already begun. This time, young people from the villages in the hills around Gömör were in the spotlight of this programme.
In February 2026 TANDEM organized the career orientation day named “My Profession” (HU: Mesterségem cíMERRE?) at the Secondary School of Mechanical Engineering and Electrotechnics in Komárno. The program offered support to nearly 90 third-grade students.
In January, the closing weekend of the training series within the framework of the Empower Myself project took place, marking the conclusion of a four-weekend developmental process.
In mid-December, the third weekend of the training series was held within the framework of the Empower Myself project. This marked the third occasion we met with the young people participating in the programme.
In November, we met again with the participants of the Empower Myself project to continue building the development process we began together in October.
In October, we held the first weekend of our training program withing the project called Empower Myself. This is our four-session developmental program for young people.
In mid-September, a professional workshop entitled Experiential Education Tools and Trauma-Informed Approach took place in Galyatető within the framework of the Re.Connection project.
The non-profit organization TANDEM announces a 4-weekend training program for young people aged 14–16, who want to face the challenges of adult life with greater self-confidence. Participants can look forward to practical and experience-based weekends.
In June 2025, the joint Compass vol.2 project, implemented by three organizations, came to a close.
