Rabec István
I am an organizational development consultant, trainer, and coach. Since 2003, I have been working with individuals and groups, and in the past 7–8 years, my main focus has been on leadership development in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors. Alongside my consulting work, I currently teach organizational development and leadership as a guest lecturer at the Budapest University of Economics and Business (BGE) and at the Institute of Mental Health, Semmelweis University (SOTE).
In my work, it is important to me that the process truly serves people’s needs and that the results are practical and applicable. I find it exciting to integrate areas of knowledge that may seem unrelated at first sight, because this often gives rise to something new and creative.
