Molnár Kriszta
I am a sociologist, leader, organizational developer, and psychodramatist.
What guides my work most is curiosity about the world. Around the age of ten, I realized that if I don’t like the world around me, I can simply rearrange it into something I want to see. Since then, that insight has been my driving force — and more or less, this is what I do.
I work so that more people can experience their own ability to act and shape the world, and so that individual responsibility can awaken in as many people as possible — for their own lives, their communities, and the future of our shared world.
I love play, art, co-creation, and experimentation. As a group facilitator, it brings me joy to witness and support others’ development — their moments of self-discovery and insight.
I believe that self-awareness is the foundation of healthy self-esteem, that individual responsibility leads to personal agency, and that trusting people gives birth to courage.
