I consider myself a people-focused professional who believes in the potential for growth and the power of continuous learning. Throughout my career, I have gained knowledge and professional experience in various fields (music/performing arts, education, marketing, team and project coordination, IT, finance). I am passionate about knowledge sharing, recognizing and nurturing talent, and supporting skill development. At the end of the day, I feel most fulfilled when I know I have contributed to someone’s growth – whether professional or personal. I have a deep interest in psychology and pedagogy; I enjoy nature, meaningful conversations, music, dance, and singing. As a communication and project coordinator at TANDEM, my goal is to reach our target audience as broadly as possible, conveying the many valuable professional and personal development opportunities the organization provides, and to build and nurture a community where TANDEM’s values can truly thrive.
